Source of Hope eludes
Me when my thoughts are stuck in
Dark futility.
I have just attempted another haiku challenge from Ronovan Writes blog using the words “source” and “thought”. If you like poetry and haiku’s then I invite you to also accept his challenge at this link: https://ronovanwrites.wordpress.com/tag/haiku-challenge/
Wow, our haiku’s revolve around the same topics!

Hello Becky! I hate it when you no longer want to think of someone or an incident involving someone but you just can’t think of anything else. It’s very frustrating. I can relate. 😉

Thank you, when something unpleasant happens or someone has been very unkind, I can get stuck and think very negatively. It sometimes take time and prayer to get out of that. That negative thinking is very futile thinking. And when my mind gets stuck like that, it is hard to be hopeful again. And you are right, it is very frustrating. Thank you for reading my blog.
