    Thank you, when something unpleasant happens or someone has been very unkind, I can get stuck and think very negatively. It sometimes take time and prayer to get out of that. That negative thinking is very futile thinking. And when my mind gets stuck like that, it is hard to be hopeful again. And you are right, it is very frustrating. Thank you for reading my blog.
